By enrolling in and participating in the Writing ELT Materials course on the Kajabi platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access

• You will receive access to the course materials upon successful enrolment and payment.
• Course content will be available for 12 weeks  from the date of enrolment.
• This course is self-paced; there are no fixed schedules apart from regular live Q&A sessions for which participants will receive invitations.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content in this course, including videos, PDFs, downloads, and supplementary resources, is the property of Writing ELT materials Ltd.
• Course materials are for individual use only. Copying, sharing, or distributing content without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Completion and Certification

• A certificate of completion will be issued to learners who complete all three assignments.
• Certificates are issued by email and will include your name, the course title, and the date of completion.

4. Refund Policy

• To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] with ‘refund request’ in the subject line within 14 days of purchase, and have completed no more than the first two modules.
• Refunds will not be issued after the refund window has passed.

5. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kajabi login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or course access with anyone else.

6. Support

7. Code of Conduct

• Any form of harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
